Scrapbook Challenge #14: Getting Organised

I came across EverNote when learning about Workflow and organisation and it attracted me. I saw it as an improved version of OneNote that I was using previously and decided to try it.

I have used it for note-taking, writing ideas, priorities, annotating documents and setting notifications. The tool works better both on a computer and mobile phone and it synchronises across the devices allowing you to proceed with your activities on any device that you have access to at the moment.

The tool works better on either device depending on what you are doing.

It is best on a computer for note-taking, the picture above shows my notes on digital curation which I took when leading about the topic.

It is also better for documents annotation because you can simply read and write on the same screen only to minimize and maximize one of the tools you want to use either EverNote or the content reader. The above picture shows the annotations from a report I was going through.

It is also the best on mobile phone for writing ideas and priorities.

you can simply write your idea anywhere, anytime if you are with your mobile phone and work for it when you have time, it can be a business or an insight. For priority, the tool works better on all devices as you can set them anywhere but the computer has the colour option and you can colour differently the accomplished activities and the colour with appear even on a mobile phone. Similar to the notification which can be set on either device, you can see the complete Cvs activity at the bottom of the pictures above, that is a notification.

EverNote is integrated and can serve multiple purposes, you can take notes, annotate, set notifications, keep videos and pictures and write down everything that you want to remember, the premium version has a lot of functions and if capable of paying it is the best tool for organizing workflow. I will continue to use EverNote and learn more on keeping images and videos and other interesting functions that I have not yet mastered
