I was thinking of removing communication skills on my CV, Thanks to this course I am pursuing  Get ready, get set, become a digital online learner .  All these years I thought I have been lying about my skills by including communication as one of them until I realized that I really have it. I have followed @julielindsey @kwezilukas @Tanzania youth economic forum @womenmoves on tweeter, facebook and Instagram @world economic forum @kamatafursatz @ecovalleytz @charles stuart uni and @saveelderstanzania, hashtags that I follow are #getreadyDOL #education #enterpreneur what I have found interesting to read was about communication disability, that failure to master some of communication components like fluency and intelligibility makes us disabled. I related this to uncertainty culture where the freedom of expression is highly hindered despite of ones level of civilization or education and fluency. The other interesting thing was about measures of education success and digital technologies to revolutionize the sector whereby as the measures correlates higher level achievement to earnings and integrating social aspects of education equity and social mobility and going further to consider the joy of learning and cognitive pedagogy and leverage on technology to ensure collabor
