I think I was supposed to be chased but the company is a start-up, the wage is not so much competition and they are probably seeing potential in me and keep on waiting for it and if so, that is the fate I am talking about. Today companies need a kind of person who can create jobs for them, who can criticise ideas and contribute constructive ones, someone reliable and problem solver. I wasn't that person when I arrived here and like any other graduate, we have not been prepared for those, arguing with seniors, correcting the directives and coming up with your ideas and advised them to be implemented at someone's office.
